Key Achievements

  • Collaborated closely with UX and product teams to design and improve lead forms across various channels, including Telegram mini-apps, landing pages, and promotional sites for several media outlets (details under NDA). This led to the introduction of 5 new micro-products/services, which resulted in a 4.5x increase in the client base over the course of a year.
  • Implemented CI/CD practices with coverage and linking, created an internal NPM registry for cross-project modules using Lerna and Verdaccio, and documented and systematized the development processes. Some of the modules I developed were used in 90% of all studio projects, saving hundreds of developer hours.
  • Primarily worked within cross-functional teams on client projects including panels/dashboards, Telegram apps, and mini-games.
